Noteefy's acquisition of Metolius Golf is our answer to that gap.

Noteefy has spent years building the demand side of the equation, AI-powered tools that identify golfers who want to play, fill tee sheets, and convert waitlists into revenue. Metolius Golf has built the performance side, an AI platform that takes your operational data across every system your course runs, understands your trends, and recommends your next best action. No other platform in golf does this.

Together they form something that has not existed in golf before, a platform where a GM can see who wants to play, how the course is actually performing, and act on both signals, without manually pulling data from multiple sources.

2. Who is Metolius Golf and what do they do?

Metolius Golf is a cloud-based business intelligence platform built specifically for golf course operators that uses AI to analyze golf course data, understand your trends, and recommend your next best action. The platform aggregates data from your tee sheet, point of sale, accounting system, and marketing tools and surfaces it as daily performance reports, sales pace forecasting, portfolio dashboards, and proprietary weather-adjusted benchmarking.

3. Who is Ross Liggett and what is his role?

Ross Liggett is the founder of Metolius Golf and one of the most respected voices in golf technology. He was named #25 on Golf Inc. Magazine's 2025 Most Powerful People in Golf, a recognition of more than two decades spent working at the intersection of golf operations, sales, marketing, and technology.

With the acquisition, Ross joins the Noteefy leadership team as Vice President of Data. He will lead the integration of Metolius Golf's analytics capabilities into the Noteefy platform and continue to serve the operator community he has spent his career building relationships with.

4. What does this acquisition mean for the future of the Noteefy platform?

The existing core Noteefy products are not changing. Waitlist, Confirm, the AI Pro Shop Assistant, and their current native analytics are all continuing exactly as they are today.

What is new is that Metolius Golf is now available as an add-on, bringing daily performance reporting, sales pace forecasting, marketing attribution, and cross-source dashboards built to work alongside the Noteefy tools you already use. This is a separate product with its own pricing.

The longer-term vision is a platform that does for golf what revenue management systems did for hotels, restaurants, and airlines: helping operators optimize every round, every dollar, and every decision.

5. Will my current Noteefy product or pricing change?

No. Your existing Noteefy subscription, pricing, and product experience are not changing as a result of this acquisition.

Metolius Golf is available as a separate add-on. It requires its own agreement and comes with its own pricing. It is not automatically added to your current plan.

6. I'm a Metolius Golf customer. What happens to my account, contract, and support team?

Your Metolius Golf product is not going anywhere. Your daily reports, dashboards, and platform access all continue without interruption. Ross Liggett, who built Metolius Golf and has led every customer relationship since day one, is joining the Noteefy leadership team as VP of Data to continue serving the operator community.

For most Metolius Golf customers, the day-to-day experience with the product will not change. Your reports will keep arriving, your dashboards will keep updating, and your account team remains the same.

7. Does this affect my existing integrations with Lightspeed, foreUP, or other platforms?

No, your existing integrations are not affected by this acquisition. Noteefy and Metolius Golf both maintain active integrations across the major tee sheet and point-of-sale platforms, including Lightspeed, foreUP, Club Caddie, and Club Prophet, and those integrations will continue to function as normal.

One of the goals of this acquisition is to expand and deepen our integration surface area across the golf tech ecosystem. More details on new integration capabilities will be shared as the platforms come together.
